Join us Sunday, April 24 at 11:00am for a CycleBar ride to help fund an exciting off-road bike/pedestrian trail in Mequon!
In case you haven’t heard, a privately funded off-road bike/pedestrian path is being planned from Rotary Park to the InterUrban Trail, as the first part of a larger network of bike/pedestrian paths throughout the community. This inaugural fundraiser is one fun way you can help to make it happen for our community! You can find out more about the trails project and progress to date by going to mcfgives.org/bikepath.
As a fun twist, we will ride to music by featured and soon to be featured artists from the annual Gathering on the Green event in Mequon! No prior cycling experience needed!
CycleBar will provide shoes, towels, water bottles, so you only need to bring yourself!
In addition, members of the Mequon-Thiensville Trails Foundation committee will be on hand after the event for light refreshments, to answer questions you may have, and to present opportunities for further involvement if interested.
